Using Artify
Artify is a photo and video art editor provided by mingrammer. These terms describe your use of the app. For copies distributed through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Features and your files
Artify transforms photos into styles such as pixel, brick, mosaic, dots and ASCII art. Pro supports editing up to 50 photos together and, on supported iOS devices, video clips of up to 60 seconds. Video output is MP4 with optional original audio. Available features and limits may change with app updates or platform support.
Editing happens on your device. Previews and exports may differ in resolution or appearance, and large inputs may be resized. Keep copies of important originals and exports. Artify is not a backup service: local work may be lost when you remove the app or lose access to the device. Copies saved in Photos and shared files are managed separately.
Your content
You retain your rights in imported media and exported artwork. Artify does not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for having permission to edit, store and share your media, including audio in videos, and respecting other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights. App code, branding and bundled samples remain subject to their respective owners' rights. The bundled cat image is an AI-generated example.
Pro and payments
The app and store purchase confirmation show any available products, prices and features before purchase. A product or price is not available unless it is offered there. Payment is processed by the platform's store, and RevenueCat helps verify and restore Pro access. Use Restore Purchases to check eligible purchases linked to your store account.
If an auto-renewing subscription is offered and purchased, its renewal and cancellation follow the terms shown by the store. Manage it through your Apple or Google account; deleting Artify does not cancel it. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store and applicable consumer law.
Responsible use and availability
Do not use Artify unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass purchase protections or interfere with the app's security. Device storage, permissions and external services can affect editing, saving and sharing. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Applicable software licenses and mandatory law govern warranties and liability; these terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, updates and contact
See the Artify Privacy Policy for data handling. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
