Artify is a photo and video art editor provided by mingrammer. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Photos, videos and local files
Artify processes selected photos and videos on your device. Imported media, editing settings and temporary previews are stored in the app's local storage. Finished artwork is saved in the Artify album in your system Photos library; the in-app album displays those same Photos assets rather than a separate permanent copy. Media is not uploaded to us for conversion. Saved artwork includes its creation date, dimensions, style and, for videos, duration. Language and editing preferences are stored locally.
System pickers give Artify access to media you choose. If you ask to save a finished image or video to Photos, the app requests the permissions needed to save and browse artwork in your device's photo library. Sharing sends the selected export to the app or service you choose; its policies then apply. Artify does not require an account and does not include advertising.
Usage analytics
The iOS app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app use and improve editing and export features. It records app launches and sessions, selected styles and media types, export counts and dimensions, Pro screen views, and purchase or restoration outcomes. The SDK also processes an app-instance identifier, app and device information, approximate location derived from masked IP addresses, and in-app purchase events. We do not send photos, video, audio, file names, signature text, or contact details to Analytics.
Advertising identifier (IDFA) and vendor identifier (IDFV) collection, advertising storage, advertising personalization, and automatic screen reporting are disabled. We do not set a personal user ID or link Analytics to an advertising account. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy and Firebase privacy information, potentially outside your country. Analytics records follow the property's retention settings; deleting the app does not immediately erase previously collected records. Contact us about applicable access, objection, or deletion rights.
Purchases
Where Pro purchases are offered, Apple or Google processes payment. RevenueCat helps verify purchases and restore access using a randomly generated anonymous app user identifier, purchase records and technical information needed to operate the purchase service. We do not receive your payment card details. Media files are not sent to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat's privacy information and the privacy policy of your device's store for their processing.
Retention and control
Deleting saved artwork from the in-app album requests the system Photos deletion confirmation and, if confirmed, deletes the corresponding asset from Photos. Separately shared or exported copies are not removed. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to your device's backup and restore behavior. Temporary exports may remain while another app reads them and are cleaned up later. Keep your own backups of important originals and exports.
Manage Photos permissions in device settings. Purchase records may remain with the store and purchase provider for validation, restoration and their applicable retention requirements. Artify Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting the app does not remove artwork saved in Photos or erase store purchase records.
Website and support
Opening a legal or product page connects to our website and its hosting provider, which may process ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the page. If you email us, we use your email address and the information you choose to send to respond. Avoid sending sensitive media unless it is needed for your request.
Security and changes
Local files use the protections provided by your operating system. Purchase-service connections use encrypted transport. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when our data practices change and show the revised date.
