Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: September 13, 2026

Using Frame

These terms describe your use of Frame, a photo and video border editor provided by mingrammer. By using Frame, you agree to these terms. The app's license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement with information about Frame's features, content and purchases. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Editing and saving

Frame lets you add borders and backgrounds, adjust canvas size, rounding and photo position, and save or share photos and videos. Single-photo editing and the local artwork library are available without Pro; Pro supports editing up to 50 selected photos together and adding borders to one video at a time. Video input is limited to 500 MB. Select up to 60 seconds, keep or mute the original audio, and export MP4 at up to a 1,920-pixel long edge and 30 fps in SDR. Pro also includes text signatures and paper, film and gallery frame finishes. Appearance can follow the system or use light/dark mode and does not change export colors. Features may change with app updates.

Editing happens on your device. Keep copies of important originals and exports. The app is not a backup service; local drafts and library files may be lost when the app is deleted or the device is lost. Saved copies in Photos, system backups and shared files are managed separately. Preview and export size may differ, and large imports may be downsampled.

Your photos and videos

You retain your rights in the photos and videos you import and export. Frame does not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for having permission to edit, store and share the photos, videos, and audio you use, and for respecting other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights. App code, branding, bundled samples and other app materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Rights in bundled samples are distinct from rights in your own photographs.

Frame Pro and payments

Available products, prices, billing periods and features are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy. Do not assume that a specific subscription or lifetime plan is available unless it is offered there. Apple processes purchases. RevenueCat helps validate and restore access.

If you buy an auto-renewing subscription, it renews according to the terms shown by Apple unless you cancel in your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting Frame does not cancel a subscription. You can use Restore Purchases to check eligible purchases associated with your Apple account. Refund requests are handled under Apple's refund process and applicable law.

Responsible use

Do not use Frame unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass purchase protections, or interfere with the app's security. Restrictions on modifying or reverse-engineering the software are subject to Apple's license and exceptions required by law or applicable open-source licenses.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep Frame useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Device storage, permissions and third-party services can affect saving, sharing and purchase restoration. Features may be updated or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, the warranty and liability provisions in Apple's Standard EULA apply. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes

See the Frame Privacy Policy for data handling. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a new date; material changes will be communicated where appropriate. If you no longer agree to the terms, stop using the app. Your applicable consumer protections are preserved.
