Parcel Slide

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 15, 2026

About this policy

Parcel Slide is a delivery-themed sliding puzzle provided by mingrammer. You can play without creating an account. This policy covers game progress, gameplay analytics, advertising, platform game services and support.

Progress and settings on your device

Stage progress, stars, records, language, sound preferences and advertising counters are stored in the app on your device. Hints earned for a round are not carried over to later rounds. We do not operate a server that stores your puzzle boards or synchronizes your progress between devices. Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your settings. Deleting the app or clearing its storage can remove local progress; offloading an app may retain it.

Gameplay analytics

Parcel Slide uses Google Analytics for Firebase when the app starts. There is no separate gameplay-sharing switch in Settings. The service receives events such as screens visited, stage starts and results, moves, stars, time spent, hints, returned parcels, ad rewards and settings changes. We use these to understand difficulty, improve the game and identify problems. The SDK also processes an app-instance identifier and app/device information, such as app version, operating system and engagement information. This is pseudonymous usage data, not a claim of complete anonymity.

We do not include your name, email address, platform account ID or full board state in our gameplay events. Firebase advertising identifier collection and advertising personalization signals are disabled in this integration. Deleting the app does not automatically erase analytics data already received by Google. Contact us about access or deletion requests, noting that we may be unable to associate an installation with you because we do not maintain player accounts. See Google's Analytics data safeguards and Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising and privacy choices

Parcel Slide uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Advertising and gameplay analytics are separate services. AdMob may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. The data and ad types depend on your platform, permissions, region and consent choices. We do not request precise device location.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents a consent message before eligible ad requests. When available, the advertising privacy options in Settings let you review or change that choice. You can also manage applicable advertising permissions in your device settings. See Google's advertising data disclosure and how Google uses information from apps.

Platform game services and support

Where Game Center or Google Play Games is available, choosing to connect uses your Apple or Google game account to authenticate and submit achievements and star scores. The platform controls the visibility of your game profile, achievements and rankings under its settings and policies. Platform game services are not cloud saving of your local progress. See Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

“Send feedback” opens an email draft containing your platform, language and last stage; it does not send automatically. If you send it, we receive your email address and the content you include, and use it to handle your request. Opening legal or support websites also sends standard web request information to the website and its hosting provider.

Retention, rights and security

Local progress remains until removed from app storage; manage device backups separately. Analytics and advertising data follow the providers' retention settings and policies. We retain support correspondence as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Service providers may process data outside your country under their data-protection arrangements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of your data or contact a privacy authority. Contact us to exercise rights over data we control. Device protections and encrypted service connections help protect data, but no system is completely secure. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can investigate. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
